Eclipse Property Management was established early in 2008 by Simon Turner and Steven Parrott to look after the increasing needs of overseas investors in the flourishing Bulgarian market.

Having both worked in the overseas property industry for many years and with our own personal experiences of ownership abroad we have joined forces to share our experience and raise the level of property management throughout Bulgaria.

 

Our first office is in Bansko and officially opens on the 1st June 08 with representation on the coast following by the end of June.
